Spa Etiquette
Respect other guests.
Arriving late is a breach of etiquette and will cheat you of precious minutes of your Spa treatment. Remember that your treatment will end on time so that the next client isn't delayed, regardless of how late you start.
If you are using a gift certificate or a package that has been pre-paid, and you arrive late, you risk the chance of forfeiting services and still being charged full price. So be sure to arrive early.
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to allow yourself ample time to check in, change, and familiarize yourself with the spa.
The spa was created to relax and de-stress. Many people come here specifically to be away from children, beepers & cell phones.
All of these amenities are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
When you are in the common areas, tearoom,locker rooms, remember other people are receiving treatments. Keep your voices down in consideration to fellow spa-goers trying to relax.
If possible try to leave your jewelry at home, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
Always lock your locker and attach your key to the belt on your robe.
Never use the steam cabnet, hydrotherapy room, or receive a body wrap on an empty stomach.
If you are heat sensitive, suffer from high blood pressure, or heart conditions you should not use the steam cabnet, hydrotherrapy room, or receive body wraps. We will not accept responsibility.
If you are pregnant or have consumed any alcoholic beverages, we ask that you NOT MAKE USE of the steam cabnet, hydrotherapy room, or body wraps. We will not accept responsibility.
Reservations for two or more hours or for two or more guests will be held by credit card or gift certificate only. All services are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis. All require a 48 hour notice of change or cancellation to avoid your credit card being charged full price or your gft certificate being forfeited.
If not included in your package, Spa Lunches are available for a nominal fee.
An automatic gratuity of 15% will be added for all groups of 4 or more persons.
Tips are not included in the price. We recommend a 10% to 20% gratuity on all spa services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Your therapist may terminate the service, without refund, for any use of inappropriate language or actions.
No refunds will be made for early departure or unused spa appointments.
No refunds on gift cards or gift certificates will be given.
Return policie of Unused merchandise may be returned with in 10 days for store credit only. Cosmetic and skin care, vitamine supplements, ect. may not be returned at anytime, please choose carefuIly.
Total Body Concept accepts US currency, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. No personal checks are accepted.
